Severability

No Waiver
The failure of Meerad at any time to require performance by you of any provision of these Terms of Use shall in no way affect the right of Meerad to enforce such provision, nor shall the waiver of any breach by you of any provision herein constitute a waiver of any succeeding breach or the provision itself.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Disputes
These Terms of Use will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its choice of law or conflicts of law principles that would require the application of the law of a different jurisdiction. You agree to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. You agree not to bring any action relating to the use of the Website or the interpretation of these Terms of Use in any court in any jurisdiction other than the courts located in New Delhi, India. Meerad shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce these Terms of Use. In any dispute between you and Meerad where Meerad prevails, Meerad shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees, court costs, disbursements, and other legal expenses.
At Trademark Search Pro, we aim to provide efficient and reliable trademark management services. However, if you choose to discontinue your subscription, you can cancel at any time.
No Refunds
Trademark Search Pro follows a strict No Refund policy. Once a payment has been made for any subscription, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellation Process
Account Access Post-Cancellation
After the subscription expires, your access to Trademark Search Pro and all associated features will be terminated. Please ensure you export any necessary data or reports before the end of your subscription period.
Billing and Future Payments
No further billing will occur after cancellation. However, no refunds will be issued for the current subscription period, and the full amount will be charged as per the agreed terms.
Changes to This Policy
Trademark Search Pro reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
Payment and Refund Policy
i. Subscription Plans and Pricing:
Subscription Plans: Trademark Search Pro offers various subscription plans tailored for individuals, firms, companies, and trademark professionals. The plans are structured to meet the needs of different user types and include various features.
Pricing: Detailed pricing information for each plan is available on our website's pricing page. The subscription plans are billed annually, and there is no monthly payment option. However, users can opt to convert the annual payment into EMI using a credit card.
ii. Payment Methods:
Indian Users: Payments can be made using UPI, Payment Wallet, Internet Banking, Debit Card, and Credit Card. EMI options are also available for credit card payments.
International Users: Payments can be made through our international payment gateway, such as PayPal.
iii. Purchasing and Subscription Activation:
Purchasing: Subscriptions can be purchased directly from our website or through our mobile app by selecting the pro versions.
Activation: Once payment is successfully processed, the subscription will be activated, and users will gain access to the features and services as per their chosen plan.
iv. Upgrading Plans:
Users can upgrade their subscription plans at any time. The payment already made will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis towards the subscription charges of the higher plan.
v. Demo and Trial Period:
Demo: We highly recommend scheduling a demo to understand the capabilities of Trademark Search Pro before purchasing a subscription.
Trial Period: There is no trial period available. Users are encouraged to utilize the demo to make an informed purchase decision.

Technical Issues: In cases where users face persistent technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team, a refund request may be considered. Such requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund:
Contact Support: Users seeking a refund due to technical issues must contact our support team at info@meeradconsulting.com with detailed information about the issues faced.
Evaluation: Our support team will evaluate the request and, if deemed valid, will process the refund accordingly.
Processing Time:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Modifications to the Policy:
Trademark Search Pro reserves the right to modify this Payment and Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be communicated to users via email or through our website.

These terms and conditions are as of 13/09/2024 and can be changed, modified, or replaced at the sole discretion of Meerad.
