Payment and Cancellation Policy

Trademark Search Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Meerad Business Solutions Private Limited. By purchasing or subscribing to any plan on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Usage Policy, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

Trademark Search Pro provides annual subscription-based software for trademark management. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to the following terms:

1.1 No Refunds

• All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellation, inadvertent deletion, account termination, or technical issues.
• Users are encouraged to schedule a demo before purchase to evaluate the software.

1.2 Cancellation Process

• Subscriptions may be canceled via account settings or by contacting our support team at info@trademarksearchpro.com.
• Upon cancellation, the account remains active until the end of the current subscription period.

1.3 Account Access Post-Cancellation

• After subscription expiry, access to the Platform and all associated features will be terminated.
• Users must export all necessary data or reports before expiry.

1.4 Billing

• No further billing will occur after cancellation.
• Subscription fees already paid, including GST, will not be refunded or adjusted, even in case of plan upgrades or early termination.

1.5 Changes to Policy

• We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time.
• Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Subscription Plans

• Trademark Search Pro offers plans tailored for individuals, firms, companies, and trademark professionals.
• Plans are billed annually only; monthly billing is not available.
• Users may convert annual payment into EMI through credit cards, but the full annual fee remains due.

2.2 Payment Methods

• Indian Users: UPI, Payment Wallet, Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Cards. EMI available for credit cards.
• International Users: Payments via PayPal or other international gateways.

2.3 Subscription Activation

• Subscriptions are activated immediately after successful payment.
• Users gain access to software features and services as per their chosen plan.

2.4 Upgrading Plans

• Users may upgrade plans anytime. Fees already paid will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis toward the upgraded plan’s subscription.
• GST already paid will not be refunded or adjusted, as it is remitted to the government at the time of the original subscription.

2.5 Demo and Trial

• Users are encouraged to schedule a demo to evaluate software features.
• No trial period is available

3. Refund Policy

3.1 No Refunds

• All subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Users cannot claim any compensation or legal remedy for non-provision of updated trademark data, delays, technical issues, or any other reason.
• Subscription fees are solely for using the Platform and server resources; data updation is a complimentary service

4. User Types and Usage Restrictions

• Individual Users: Can manage their own trademarks, relatives’ trademarks, or third-party trademarks as permitted by subscription limits.
• Firms and Companies: Can manage trademarks of parent, subsidiary, or group companies only. Marketing or contacting proprietors of unrelated trademarks is prohibited.
• Professionals (Attorneys/Advocates): Can manage trademarks of clients only. Marketing or contacting proprietors outside client scope is prohibited

5. Indemnity

• Users agree to indemnify Meerad, its affiliates, staff, developers, and stakeholders for any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse, OTP processing, email sync, IP India login, or failure to update trademark data

6. Policy Updates

• We reserve the right to modify this Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy at any time.
• Users are bound by the latest version, which will be posted on the Platform and communicated via email where applicable
