2. How We Use Your Information

1. To provide and maintain our Platform and Services, including access to software features, subscription management, and account verification.
2. To update trademark data via manual or automatic processes using OTPs, IP India login, and optional email synchronization.

3. Manual and Automatic Data Updates

• Manual Updates: Users provide OTPs to update trademark data; IP India may restrict session time and number of applications per session.
• Automatic Updates: A companion mobile app may read OTPs automatically. Users accept responsibility for securing their devices and agree to indemnify Meerad, its affiliates, staff, developers, and stakeholders from any liability arising from the use of this functionality.
• IP India Login and Email Sync: Optional features that enable the Software to fetch notifications or updates. Users agree that Meerad is not liable for any failure, delay, or loss arising from these features

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers

• We may share your information with vendors or service providers to maintain the Platform and provide Services.
• Service providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than delivering the required services.

4.2 Legal and Safety Obligations

• Information may be disclosed to comply with legal requirements, enforce Terms, investigate misuse, or protect Meerad’s rights, staff, or other users.

4.3 No Scraping or Unauthorized Sharing

• Users must not scrape, extract, or misuse data outside the Platform.

  • Users agree to indemnify Meerad, its affiliates, staff, developers, and stakeholders for any claims arising from the use of OTP, email sync, IP India login, or Platform data

• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Meerad is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites

11. Marketing Communications

• Promotional emails may be sent to registered users. Users can opt out using instructions in emails.
• Account-related emails (billing, updates) cannot be opted out of.

12. Breach Reporting

• Suspected personal data breaches should be reported to info@trademarksearchpro.com immediately.
• Meerad will investigate and respond according to severity and applicable laws

13. Policy Updates

• This Policy may be updated at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy
